Grid Structure is well known for its stability and ability to achieve large spans. Based on 5 × 5 meter rectangular modular units, it realizes a truly column-free, large-space design through precise structural engineering, with spans easily exceeding 60 meters. The structure supports double-decker and multi-decker configurations to meet diverse application needs, such as high-altitude observation decks and VIP rooms.
In commercial exhibitions, the unobstructed interior space significantly enhances the visitor experience. For sporting events, temporary spectator stands accommodating thousands of audience members can be rapidly constructed. In concert settings, the Grid Structure can integrate a stage with a cantilevered observation platform at heights of up to approximately 20 meters.
The Grid Structure features a modular design and can be stacked up to three levels using multiple independent units. Its flexible expansion capability allows easy adjustment according to site area and layout, making it suitable for different event scales and stage requirements. It is an ideal solution for event venues that require temporary capacity expansion.
In terms of safety and durability, the Grid Structure meets significantly higher standards than conventional tent structures. The roof covering is made of PVC fabric, offering fire resistance, wind resistance, waterproof performance, and UV protection. The main frame is constructed from 6061-T6 aluminum alloy, providing excellent strength and durability, and is capable of withstanding wind speeds up to Beaufort scale 10. All connecting and supporting components are hot-dip galvanized to ensure superior corrosion resistance, allowing long-term use even in humid environments.
Additionally, the Grid Structure is highly efficient to assemble. All components are prefabricated in the factory, and standardized on-site assembly enables rapid installation and immediate use. Both assembly and disassembly processes are fast and efficient, helping to shorten project timelines and reduce overall operating costs.
