For customers planning a new badminton hall, installation time is a key consideration. Compared with conventional permanent buildings, our Modular Aluminium Tent feature a short construction cycle and high installation efficiency, enabling venues to be completed and put into operation faster.

A standard doubles badminton court is 13.4m × 6.1m. Including surrounding safety buffer zones, one-court tent covers roughly 125–130 ㎡, subject to site layout and clearance requirements. With full materials and proper site conditions, the main structure of our 9m eave-height aluminium Badminton Court Tent can be erected in just 1 day.

However, completion of the main structure does not mean the venue can be used immediately. The actual installation timeline is also affected by internal fittings, site foundation and weather conditions.

The basic version of the Badminton Court Tent mainly includes the installation of aluminium alloy frames, PVC fabric roof and simple side enclosures. Its construction process is relatively straightforward with high installation efficiency.

Add additional accessories, such as thermal insulation cotton, sandwich panel walls, doors, windows and professional badminton hall lighting , more construction procedures will be involved. The overall delivery period will normally take an extra 1–2 days, depending on configuration requirements.

Erection on an existing badminton court or a flat concrete floor that meets installation requirements allows direct assembly of tent components, helping shorten the construction period.

If site works such as ground leveling and ring beam foundation pouring are needed, foundation preparation may add another 1–3 days. Newly poured concrete needs curing time in accordance with foundation design and construction specifications.

Installation of the Badminton Court Tent is mostly carried out outdoors. Adverse weather such as rainfall and strong winds may disrupt progress and even require suspension of some high-altitude installation work.

It is therefore recommended to monitor local weather in advance, arrange construction schedules reasonably and reserve extra time appropriately to mitigate impacts from weather changes on overall delivery.

How long does the entire installation take?

Overall, the main structure of a single Badminton Court Tent can be installed in as fast as one day. To reach the operational standard for badminton play, however, site foundation, internal fittings and weather conditions must all be taken into account.

When erected on an existing badminton court with good foundations, relatively simple internal configurations and favourable weather, full installation can normally be finished within 1–3 days.
