Art Exhibition Tent for Central Yards Edible Art Fair

The Central Yards Edible Art Fair was held at the Central Harbourfront Event Space, featuring a total of 10 themed exhibition halls.

Leveraging nearly 30 years of technical expertise in modular mobile structures, Liri Structure provided a one-stop artistic space solution for the event, addressing three core requirements: site adaptability, exterior presentation, and spatial layout. The result was a functional and artistically designed exhibition tent space that enhanced the fair’s high-quality immersive experience.

The project site at Central Harbourfront Event Space had a significant slope, with an overall height difference of 1.2 meters. Additionally, the coastal environment presented challenges such as strong winds and humid air, demanding higher standards of stability and durability for temporary structures. In response to these complex conditions, Liri Structure employed a dedicated galvanized steel tube scaffolding system, which offers excellent corrosion resistance and supports independent height adjustments. By precisely leveling each support point, the system successfully overcame the challenges posed by the site slope, ensuring a stable and level floor for the exhibition hall and laying a solid foundation for the entire setup.

To align with the theme of Central Yards Edible Art Fair—an integration of visual art and culinary exploration—Liri Structure incorporated a customized artistic printing scheme into the exterior design of the exhibition tent. This scheme seamlessly blended thematic elements of the fair with the spatial facade. The resulting exterior was not only visually striking but also harmonized with the open environment of the Central Harbourfront, giving the tent a distinctive presence on site and further enhancing the overall artistic atmosphere and visual texture of the event.

Given the layout requirements of the 10 themed exhibition halls, the interior space needed to be flexibly partitioned while maintaining a sense of openness and smooth visitor flow. To achieve this, Liri Structure utilized a high-strength aluminum alloy frame to construct modular mobile structures, achieving a stable, safe, and column-free large-span space through modular design. Unlike traditional exhibition tents, this approach effectively eliminated the visual obstruction and spatial limitations caused by internal uprights. As a result, the transition between themed exhibition halls was more natural, allowing visitors to move immersively through different zones in a transparent and comfortable environment, balancing practicality with an enhanced viewing experience.

From site adaptation to exterior presentation and spatial optimization, Liri Structure delivered an efficient, flexible, and artistically expressive tent solution for the Central Yards Edible Art Fair through its professional modular mobile structures technology and mature one-stop service system. The project fully demonstrates Liri Structure’s technical capabilities and innovation in the field of temporary event spaces on an international scale, further embodying the brand’s service philosophy of providing “one-stop temporary space solutions for various large-scale exhibitions.”
